Tiki Vaièi
Tikis from the Marquesan islands are among the most iconic objects of Oceanic art. Tiki Vaièi translates from the Marquesan language into "generous Tiki".
Tiki Vaièi was hand-carved in oceanic rosewood (mio tree) on Nuku Hiva Island and its bottom of the foot is signed by a Marquesan carver who made this beautiful Tiki.
