Refund policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept returns for a full refund, exchange, or in-store credit within 30 days of receipt. Any product that was sized, altered, engraved, damaged or disclosed as ‘non-refundable’ cannot be returned.
All returned products should include the original packaging and be in the same condition in which it was received. Used product cannot be returned unless it is defective.
Shipping costs and taxes are non-refundable. A refund on shipping will only be applied if there was a discrepancy or error during the checkout process through cannibal-art.com
Unfortunately, items listed as final sale items cannot be returned.
Returns will be credited in the same way in which they were paid.
Returned Product Procedure:
Step 1: Return Authorization
Please email us at hello@cannibal-art.com to get a return authorization number. This number will need to be written on the outside of the package. Any returns that do not have an RA# WILL NOT be accepted and WILL BE returned to the sender.
Step 2: Shipping an item back to Cannibal Art
Please box all products, packaging, receipt, and email confirmation of your RA#.

Cannibal Art is not responsible for any lost packages; therefore, you should ensure your package through the carrier for the full retail value and request a return confirmation that your package has been delivered to its destination.
Step 3: Receiving & Processing
Upon receipt, we will do quality control. Any items that show signs of wear, have been engraved, sized, altered, damaged, or disclosed as ‘non-refundable’ cannot be accepted. Returns that do contain their receipt or are improperly packaged will also not be accepted.
Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing a return.
