Handcrafted Artwork

All our artworks are one-of-a-kind, handmade pieces, created with care in the Marquesas Islands. Because of the unique and artistic nature of these items, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

We take great care in packaging each piece to ensure it arrives safely. Once an order has been handed over to the postal service or shipping carrier, delivery times and handling are outside of our control.

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the item, and we will do our best to assist and investigate the issue.

Custom or commissioned pieces cannot be returned or refunded once carving has begun.

Tour Bookings

Cancellations made at least 8 hours before the scheduled tour date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 8 hours before the tour are non-refundable.
