After 5 years of hitchhiking (twice) from Croatia to French Polynesia, Ana has written a book in which she summarized her whole experience. “What’s Wrong With You?” book is a combination of travel-tips, real-life stories and (spoiler alert)...a mad love that's keeping her on Nuku Hiva Island in French Polynesia. The book has 21 chapters and each chapter covers a different topic – from what’s like to hitchhike from Europe to Polynesia, how to hitchhike numerous boats and a helicopter, how much money is needed for a 5-year long journey and how to make money while traveling. There are chapters about sex, love and everything in between – along with the fears, risks and a psychological aspect of it all. The end of the book takes an unexpected and quite incredible turn and tells a wonderful story about a small group of the Marquesan islands in the South Pacific.
