Where does your wood come from?
All of our wooden carvings come from the wood that grows in the Marquesas Islands.
What type of wood do you carve?
Oceanic rosewood, oceanic walnut, sandalwood and ironwood.
How should I care for my purchased wooden carvings?
Once per year, when your wooden carving loses the shine - apply (by a soft brush) a generous amount of transparent, liquid wax for wood and let it soak for 30 min. After half an hour, take a synthetic cloth and rub your wooden carving with it for about 10 minutes to restore the shine!

Is it safe to order on Cannibal Art website?
Yes, it is safe to order on IME SHOPA/SAJTA. We use industry-standard encryption technologies when transferring and receiving customer data exchanged with our site server.
How safe is my personal information?
How do I apply my discount code?
On the checkout page, enter your discount code under the 'Discount' field. Please note that only one discount can be applied per order, and each discount has one use per customer.
How long will it take to receive a tracking number?
It will take usually between 3-5 business days. If for any reason you have not received your shipping confirmation email, please let us know by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org We will be happy to find out what exactly is going on with your order.

Which Currency Will I Be Charged In?
We process all orders in USD. While the content of the cart may be displayed in several currencies, you will checkout using USD at the most current exchange rate.
